The Starter Kit contains the following files:
1. Sample patches: cosmic church: A sample of a full orchestra with choir and church organ for a rich, majestic sound. Turn the LFO on for a modern, pulsating pad. music box: from OP1 ESSENTIALS 01. Recorded on a mid-size mechanic metallic music box. The organic resonance and metallic overtones create a great realism! add LFO for a subtle random backwards delay. pan flutes: from the forthcoming OP1 ESSENTIALS 02. A very dynamic and organic sound, with realistic legato and tremolo features. Check the low register (-1, -2) for deep, ethnic sounds, or higher registers to emulate a piccolo flute. wild bass: Recorded on a minimoog. A powerful and gritty bass/lead patch. Turn the FX on (nitro) to have a classic filtered sound. The LFO controls this filter via Gforce: program a typical 303 pattern on the sequencer, and have fun twisting the OP-1! blow weapon: (bonus sfx patch) This SFX patch is based on a sample of a musician blowing next to a microphone. Thanks to some intensive use of the CWO effect, controlled by Gforce, this patch turns the OP-1 into a futuristic sword : ) DO NOT play this patch in public places or next to animals... you've been warned! 2. Drum kits: clap pack: from OP1 ESSENTIALS 01. A selection of real, organic handclaps, snaps and group claps samples. Add a layer of human feel to your beats by overdubbing and layering some of these claps! cream drum: from OP1 ESSENTIALS 02. A punchy, classic acoustic drum kit. With 3 kicks, 4 snares, 3 sets of hi hats and a sweet selection of percussions, cross sticks and toms, this kit will be perfect to play and program realistic grooves! |
